Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Notifuse mobile application and website at notifuse.net (together, the "Service"), operated by Notifuse ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Notifuse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Notifuse helps you track markets, weather, sports, news, and related information, and create alerts that can notify you when conditions you set are met. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
You are responsible for how you use the Service and for any decisions you make based on information shown in the app.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may delete your account from Settings in the app. Account deletion is permanent, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.
Alerts and data accuracy
Notifuse displays market prices, weather, sports scores, news headlines, and similar information from third-party sources. This information is provided for general informational purposes only.
- Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
- Alerts may be delayed or fail to deliver due to network conditions, device settings, notification permissions, or third-party outages.
- Notifuse is not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.
- You should not rely solely on Notifuse for trading, travel, safety, or other critical decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Notifuse may offer optional paid subscriptions such as Notifuse Pro. Subscriptions unlock additional features described in the app, such as higher notification limits.
- Payments are processed by the app store on your device: Apple In-App Purchases on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android.
- Notifuse does not receive or store your payment card details.
- Prices, billing periods, and available plans are shown in the app before you purchase and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription through your store account settings:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or App Store subscription management)
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. Notifuse cannot process store refunds directly.
Platform store terms
In addition to these Terms:
- On iOS, purchases and app use are also subject to Apple's App Store terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
- On Android, purchases and app use are also subject to Google Play terms of service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Notifuse, including by attempting to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, abuse notifications, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Notifuse, including its name, branding, and app content we create, is owned by us or our licensors. Third-party data, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notifuse is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information or alerts it provides.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Notifuse Pro in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you use only the free tier.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Notifuse after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
